李太平 1949年10月15日(农历)生于河北魏县大仓口村翰墨世家。
祖父李书先生是当地知名书法家，颜柳功夫很深。父亲李茂荣先生楷、隶功底深厚，在当地颇有名气。李太平自幼受环境熏陶，6岁操墨,
习颜临柳,早年打下书法基本功,后拜刘炳森为师写汉隶。
在河北大学历史系学习期间,又投黄绮门下,受其“铁戟磨沙”之，
风格影响，追求雄浑老辣之风貌。读史书、临汉隶、贪奇险、重骨力，
书法形成自己风格。1986年首次赴日本举办个人书法展，获得成功；1991年、
1994年又两次在日本东京举办书画展，影响深远。同年9月在加拿大温哥华市举办
“李太平神犬书画展”，当地多家报纸发表消息和赞誉评论。1994年春节前夕，
中央电视台“东方时空”专题介绍李太平泼墨画狗一绝，在全国影响很大。
李太平先生出版有《李太平书法艺术》、《李太平神犬图》，
在国内外发表学术论文多篇，作品被中南海怀仁堂选用，
人民大会堂、毛主席纪念堂收藏。日本首相小渊惠三收藏其作品“富国有德 经国济民”，
前首相田中角荣、中曾根康弘、细川护熙都收藏其作品，我国领导人邓小平、江泽民、
胡锦涛、李瑞环、刘华清、曾庆红也有收藏。作品多次在人民日报、光明日报、河北日报、
泰国新中原报等报刊上发表。2002年作品获首届黄河杯诗书画大赛金奖、梦园杯全国书画大赛金奖、
获2003年度全国先进文化人物特别贡献奖。应大型纪录片《毛泽东和他的颂歌》筹备组特邀题字，
传略被收入《中国当代书法家大辞典》等十多部大典。2006年10月第四次赴日本东京银座画廊和歌山两地办展非常成功，此展是为祝贺新首相安倍晋三访华成功而举办的中日新时代李太平书画展，
因此受到两国艺术界特别注目，日本多家媒体报道此消息。
李太平现为中国国际书画院副院长、中国书画学会副主席、中国书法家协会会员、中华诗词协会会员、
邯郸市群艺馆研究员（教授）、邯郸市书协副主席、
邯郸市政协常委、邯郸市拔尖人才（享受政府津贴）。
Mr. Litaiping was born in 1949,(lunar calendar),a calligraphic family in a village of Wei county .Both his grandpa Mr. Lishu, who were good at Liu kung chuan' calligraphy and his father, Mr. Limaorong, who were good at regular and official script, was well-known as calligraphers in locality. Affected by his family, he started to learn calligraphy at six. Mastered the basic calligraphy skills through imitating Yan and Liu calligraphy in his early years, he learned from Liubingsen for official script. During the study in Hebei University, he learned from Huanyi and effected by his robust, sturdy and experienced style of calligraphy, like writing in sand using a sharp sword. Steadily, he formed his personal style of grotesqueness, especially in pursuit of bony, and abundant style through copying calligraphy and studying historic books. He successfully held his calligraphy and painting exhibition in Tokyo in1986, 1991 and 1994.In 1994,his Vancouver exhibition was reported by many local papers .On the Eve of the Spring Festival in 1994, his Chinese splash-ink painting dog was specially introduced by the program of CCTV, the Oriental Space Time and exerted a significant influence in China. Several of his academic articles, such as calligraphy of Li tai ping, splash-ink painting dog, were published by paper and magazines in China and other countries. His works were adopted in Huai Ren hall of Zhongnaahai and reserved in Maozedong Memorial Hall and the Great Hall of NPCC. Japan ex-prime minister, Obuchi Keizo collected his work,rich country with virtues and ruling his country for people. Other works were collected by ex-prime ministers of Japan such as Tanka Kakukei,Suzuki Zenku,Hosokawa Morihiro and the leadership of China ,such as Dengxiaoping Jiangzemin Liruihuan, Liuhuaqinghujingtao Zengqinghong . His works were published by People'Daily., Bright daily , Hebei Daily, New zhongyuan Daily(Tai) and won the championship of the Yellow River Cup calligraphy and painting competition and Dream cup competition of China in 2002. The title of the full-length documentary film, Maozedong and his hymn was autographed by him and collected in Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy Dictionary. Now he is the member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, adviser of Tokyo painting and calligraphy Association of Litaiping, professor of Art Gallery and vice- chairman of Calligraphy and Painting Association in Handan city, the committee of the CPPCC of Handan. He is granted an allowance by local government as the top -notch talent. |
